About Catch-e Pty Ltd

Catch-e Pty Limited was started in September 2002 by Gray Quinn and Ian Rawlings as a result of immediate demand for a hosted Australian web-based fleet management and leasing solution.

They saw the internet as the perfect delivery system for Catch-e and combined, they had the skills to develop a fleet management, leasing and salary packaging system.

They were excited by the challenge of building a cloud-based system that would enable customers to access their information from anywhere and liberate them from the shackles of computing, buying hardware and paying for licenses and managing system upgrades.

For themselves, they saw an opportunity to work in a virtual environment and improve their work/life balance. A chance to create the kind of workplace they wanted for themselves and their staff.

In 2025, Catch-e was acquired by Banyan, a software acquisition group building a portfolio of vertical SaaS businesses across Australia and New Zealand, backing the platform's next decade of investment.
